Agreement & Eligibility

User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services
  • Individuals under 16 require parental/guardian consent
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Corporate users must have authority to bind their organization

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Payment Processing

  • Payments processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways
  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking
  • E-invoices generated automatically for all transactions

Pricing Terms

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless specified otherwise
  • Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments
  • All applicable taxes will be added to the total amount

Student Responsibilities

  • Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
  • Communicate professionally with mentors and peers

Prohibited Conduct

  • Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • Sharing account credentials or certificate verification codes
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
  • Harassing other users or company representatives

Consequences of Violation

Invalidation of issued certificates

Intellectual Property Rights

Company Property

  • All website content, logos, designs, and source code
  • Course materials, training content, and documentation
  • Software, platforms, and proprietary technology
  • Trademarks: "Avenious Technologies" and associated marks

User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit
  • You grant us license to use submitted content for service delivery
  • We respect your privacy and handle content as per Privacy Policy

Copyright Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us immediately at legal@avenious.in with detailed information. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.
